New Years Resolution...How long will yours last?

While preparing my goals for the new year, I was reviewing my set from the past few years.  I began to question why have i accomplished so much more the last few years than in previous ones. The answer to my question was laying on the floor in front of me.  In the previous years, I would make a resolution and within a few weeks I would begin to miss little pieces of it and before long it was completely forgotten. Three years ago I began to follow great people like Dan Miller, Dave Ramsey and many others.  All of these greatly successful people teach about setting goals and planning for the new year.  Although their methods may vary, one thing is for certain goal setting is a must in everyone's life.  

 
If you have not set out your course for the year, please take a few minutes right now and DO IT!!  One of the tride and true ways to set your goals is the SMART method: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Timely. This way, you will increase your chances of success.It is never too late to start a new healthy behavior. So even if you didn’t start January 1st, start today!
